Richard is head of User Experience and Information Architecture at MRM London.
He has over 10 years' experience in digital, starting at Rubus and, after acquisition, Detica, where he worked for clients in both the private and public sectors, including Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, the Home Office, Aon Insurance and 3. Later, at LBi, he worked on BT and the launch of NHS Choices.
At MRM London, Richard manages the balance between the strategic and tactical requirements of brands and the needs of end-users, to help us produce engaging and outstanding work.
